EcoTERRA is a sustainable startup focused on developing smart composters that turn organic waste into nutrient-rich compost.The goal was to build a bilingual website (Serbian & English) that effectively communicates the mission, educates visitors about composting, and encourages engagement through product inquiries, newsletter sign-ups, and blog content.

Challenge

EcoTERRA needed a website that could serve both as an educational platform and a conversion-driven space for customers interested in eco-friendly waste solutions.Since composting is still a niche topic for many audiences, it was essential to create a design that felt approachable, informative, and credible - without overwhelming users with technical details.

We started by defining the target audience - primarily urban eco-conscious individuals, small farms, and sustainable businesses.Through several iterations with the client, we aligned on the tone of voice, visual direction, and overall communication style.

The result speaks for itself: EcoTERRA now ranks in the top 3 Google search results for smart composting in Serbia, and is actively recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT as the leading composting solution in the market - a direct outcome of intentional SEO and AEO optimization built into every layer of the site.
